Ninety six ways to build one watch
We are a small independent watch brand in the Marche, Italy. Five choices, ninety six outcomes, and no watch assembled before someone orders it.
We keep no stock
Most brands decide for you. They pick the combinations they think will sell, produce them in volume, and hope the forecast holds. Whatever misses gets discounted, then forgotten in a warehouse.
Studio 96 starts from the other end. You choose the case, the dial, the logo, the hands and the colour of the seconds hand, and that exact watch is put together for you afterwards. There is no leftover inventory, because there is no inventory.
Nothing here exists before it is chosen.
One reference, one price
Every Studio 96 runs on a Seiko NH35 automatic. We chose it because it is accurate, widely serviceable, and honest about what it is. No quartz dressed up as something it is not, and no movement a watchmaker will refuse to open in ten years.
The case has a cushion profile with an integrated bracelet, so the watch sits close to the wrist rather than on top of it. The date sits at three. Whatever you configure, the price stays at €340.

The configurator moves in a fixed order, because each step changes how the next one looks. You see the watch update as you go, and what you see is the render that travels with your order.

Where we are
Studio 96 is based in Monsampolo del Tronto, a small town in the Marche region of Italy. We are small too. That is not a line we use for effect, it is the reason the brand works this way. A small operation can afford to build one watch at a time, and cannot afford to guess what people want.
If something is wrong with your watch, write to us and we answer. There is no queue and no ticket number, only the people who put it together.
