2. Studio96 brand and business model

Studio96 is an independent Italian-operated watch brand responsible for the design direction, product specifications, configuration system, branding, commercial offer and customer relationship for Studio96 timepieces.

Studio96 operates an order-driven production and fulfilment model. Depending on component availability, order type, production capacity and logistics requirements, watches may be assembled, tested, packaged or fulfilled directly by Studio96 or by selected production, assembly, service, logistics or fulfilment partners working to Studio96 specifications and quality standards.

Orders may therefore be dispatched from Italy or directly from a production or logistics partner in another country. The production or dispatch location may vary between orders. Studio96 remains the contractual seller unless the customer is expressly informed otherwise.

3. Third-party components and brand independence

Studio96 watches may incorporate components manufactured by independent third parties. References to third-party movements, manufacturers, technical standards or component designations are made solely for accurate technical description and identification.

Studio96 currently uses NH35 automatic movements in relevant products. The use or identification of an NH35 movement does not mean that the completed Studio96 watch is manufactured, authorized, endorsed, sponsored or sold by Seiko or by any other third-party component manufacturer.

Completed Studio96 watches are Studio96-branded products. Studio96 branding appears on the finished product as specified for the relevant model or configuration, and the completed watch is not presented as an official Seiko-branded watch.

Any third-party trademarks, trade names or technical references remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Product configuration and descriptions

Studio96 offers a curated configurator currently based on 96 core design combinations, together with additional branding choices such as logo colour. Studio96 may also present pre-designed configurations that can be purchased as displayed or opened in the configurator and modified.

The exact configuration recorded at checkout forms part of the agreed product specification. Product photographs, renders and previews are intended to represent the relevant design, but perceived colour, reflectivity, texture and finish can vary according to lighting, viewing angle, camera settings and display calibration.

Technical specifications shown on the applicable product page at the time of order form part of the commercial description of that product.

5. Website information and accuracy

Studio96 aims to keep website information accurate and current. However, clerical, technical, pricing, availability or description errors may occasionally occur. Any correction, cancellation or refund arising from an affected order is governed by the Studio96 Terms of Service and applicable law.

General informational content does not replace the specific product description, order confirmation or mandatory legal information applicable to a particular purchase.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Studio96 name, logos, dial and rotor branding, website text, photographs, renders, graphics, layout, product presentation, original design material and other original content are owned by or licensed to Studio96 or its operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
