Shipping policy

STUDIO96 WATCHES
SHIPPING POLICY

Version v1.1 | Effective date: 3 September 2026 | Jurisdiction: Italy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through studio96watches.com and forms part of the contractual terms governing each purchase. Studio96 Watches is a trading brand operated by Modhousewatches di Lorenzo Cinciripini. Delivery and fulfilment arrangements may vary by order, destination, configuration and operational requirements. Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

1. Production, assembly and fulfilment model

Studio96 timepieces are produced on an order-driven basis and are not necessarily held as completed, ready-to-ship stock. After an order is confirmed, the selected configuration may enter component allocation, assembly, testing, quality control, packaging and fulfilment.

Depending on component availability, production capacity, order configuration and logistical requirements, a watch may be assembled, inspected, packaged or fulfilled directly by Studio96 or by selected production, assembly, quality-control, logistics or fulfilment partners operating to Studio96 specifications and standards.

Accordingly, the physical location from which an order is assembled or dispatched may vary. Orders may be shipped from Italy or directly from an external production or fulfilment partner in another country. The location shown by carrier tracking or customs documentation may therefore differ from Studio96's business address.

Use of an external production, assembly or fulfilment partner does not change the customer's contractual relationship with Studio96 as seller, subject to applicable law.

2. Shipping destinations and availability

Studio96 intends to ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping availability, available services and any applicable charges are confirmed at checkout and may vary according to destination, carrier coverage, sanctions, import restrictions, local law or operational limitations.

Studio96 reserves the right to decline or cancel an order before dispatch where shipment to the selected destination cannot reasonably or lawfully be completed. If Studio96 cancels an order for this reason after payment, amounts due will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Shipping methods and charges

Standard shipping is offered on the terms and at the price displayed at checkout. Where Studio96 offers free standard shipping, this applies only to eligible destinations and orders as indicated at checkout.

An Express Shipping option may also be offered for an additional fee. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, any express estimate refers to carrier transit after dispatch and does not remove or shorten the production and processing period required before dispatch.

Shipping services, carrier selection and routing may be changed where reasonably necessary to complete delivery. Studio96 may use one or more carriers or logistics partners for the same order.

4. Production and processing time before dispatch

Orders are generally prepared, assembled, quality-checked and dispatched within approximately 3-7 business days. This period may include component allocation, assembly, testing, quality control, packaging and handover to the carrier or fulfilment partner.

The 3-7 business day processing period is an estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch deadline. Configurations requiring temporarily unavailable components, additional quality-control work, peak-season production, supplier replenishment or other special handling may require additional time.

Business days generally exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays applicable to the relevant production or fulfilment location.

5. Estimated overall delivery timeframe

For standard orders, the overall estimated timeframe from order confirmation to delivery is typically 12-15 business days, including production/processing and carrier transit.

All delivery dates and timeframes are estimates and not guarantees unless Studio96 expressly confirms a guaranteed delivery service in writing. Delivery may occasionally require additional time due to customs procedures, carrier routing, weather, public holidays, security controls, local delivery capacity, remote-area handling, component availability, production requirements, force majeure or other events outside Studio96's reasonable control.

An order is not automatically considered lost, cancelled or refundable solely because tracking is delayed, a delivery estimate is exceeded, or the carrier has not produced a recent scan. Mandatory rights arising from a failure to deliver within any legally applicable period remain unaffected.

6. Dispatch confirmation and tracking

Once an order has been handed over for shipment, Studio96 will normally send a dispatch confirmation containing the available tracking information. Every shipped order is intended to have a traceable shipment reference, although the exact tracking system may depend on the carrier or logistics network used.

Tracking events may be intermittent, delayed, translated between carrier systems or temporarily unavailable, particularly during international line-haul movement, customs processing, transfer between logistics providers or before the first local carrier scan. A period without a new tracking event does not, by itself, establish that the parcel is lost.

Customers should monitor the tracking information supplied and promptly follow any carrier instructions concerning delivery attempts, customs clearance, collection points or address verification.

7. Customs duties, VAT, import taxes and clearance charges

Because Studio96 ships internationally and an order may be dispatched from different fulfilment locations, a shipment may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, brokerage, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier.

Unless a charge is expressly shown as included, collected or prepaid by Studio96 at checkout, import duties, taxes and destination-country clearance charges are the customer's responsibility to the extent permitted by applicable law. Such charges are imposed by third parties and are not controlled by Studio96.

Customers are responsible for providing any information reasonably requested by the carrier or customs authority to complete lawful import clearance. Studio96 may provide available commercial or shipment documentation where reasonably required.

Refusal or failure to pay lawful destination-country import or clearance charges does not, by itself, constitute cancellation of the order or create an automatic refund entitlement. If the parcel is returned, any refund, reshipment or other remedy will be assessed after the parcel is actually recovered and, where appropriate, inspected, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

8. Customer responsibility for shipping information

Customers must provide a complete and accurate recipient name, delivery address, postal code, telephone number, email address and any destination-specific information required for delivery.

Studio96 is not responsible for delivery problems caused by information entered incorrectly or incompletely by the customer, except to the extent otherwise required by law.

Customers should contact Studio96 immediately if an address error is discovered. Studio96 may attempt to update an order before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production, fulfilment or carrier processing has begun.

After dispatch, an address change, reroute or hold request is subject to carrier capability and may not be possible. Any additional carrier fee caused by a customer-requested reroute may be charged to the customer where lawful and agreed or disclosed.

9. Failed delivery, unclaimed parcels and refused delivery

If delivery fails because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, did not respond to carrier or customs requests, did not collect the parcel, or refused delivery for a reason not attributable to Studio96, the customer may be responsible for reasonable return, redelivery, customs, storage or handling costs where permitted by law.

A failed or refused delivery does not automatically result in an immediate refund. Where a parcel is being returned through the carrier network, Studio96 may wait until the parcel has been successfully recovered before determining the appropriate refund, reshipment or other outcome, subject to mandatory statutory rights.

If the returned watch has been damaged, altered or otherwise reduced in value for reasons attributable to the customer, any permitted deduction or claim may be assessed in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

10. Delays and carrier investigations

If tracking appears materially delayed or inconsistent, customers should contact info@studio96watches.com with the order number and current tracking information. Studio96 may review carrier records and, where appropriate, request a trace or investigation through the relevant carrier or logistics partner.

For operational claims handling, Studio96 will normally treat a shipment as lost once the relevant carrier or logistics partner confirms loss, or when the circumstances otherwise establish non-delivery under applicable law. A temporary absence of tracking scans is not sufficient on its own.

Carrier investigations may require additional time. Studio96 will use the available carrier process and records when assessing whether replacement, reshipment, refund or another remedy is appropriate. This procedure does not remove any mandatory delivery rights available to consumers.

11. Damaged parcels and transit damage

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, customers should photograph the outer packaging before opening it where reasonably possible and retain the packaging until the issue has been assessed.

Any apparent transit damage or product damage should be reported promptly to info@studio96watches.com with the order number, photographs of the parcel and watch, and a short video where useful. Studio96 may request additional reasonable evidence or return of the product for inspection.

Where damage is confirmed to be attributable to transport, production or another cause for which Studio96 is legally responsible, Studio96 will provide the remedy required by applicable law and will bear reasonable return costs where required.

12. Delivery, risk and proof of delivery

Carrier tracking, delivery scans, signatures, photographs, geolocation records or other carrier records may be used as evidence of dispatch and delivery in customer-service, payment-dispute and chargeback reviews.

For consumers, risk of loss or damage passes in accordance with mandatory applicable law. Nothing in this Policy transfers transport risk to a consumer earlier than the law permits merely because a parcel has been dispatched or a tracking number has been issued.

If tracking shows delivery but the customer states that the parcel was not received, Studio96 may request confirmation of the delivery address and may ask the carrier to investigate the delivery record before determining the appropriate remedy.

13. Split shipments and separately purchased components

Where an order contains additional bracelets, components, accessories or other add-ons, Studio96 may ship items together or separately depending on stock location and fulfilment requirements. Separate tracking numbers may therefore be issued for parts of the same order.

A partial shipment does not mean that the remainder of the order has been cancelled. Customers will be provided with available tracking information for additional parcels when dispatched.

14. Payment disputes and shipping evidence

Customers are encouraged to contact Studio96 before filing a payment dispute so that any delivery issue can be investigated directly.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, Studio96 may submit relevant evidence to the payment provider or card network, including the order confirmation, shipping address supplied at checkout, production/fulfilment records, tracking history, customs or carrier records, proof of delivery, customer communications and any carrier investigation outcome.

A payment dispute does not create an independent entitlement to a refund where the order has been properly fulfilled or where the contractual or statutory conditions for a refund have not been met.

15. Relationship with other Studio96 policies

Returns, withdrawals, inspection, refunds and diminished-value assessments are governed by the Studio96 Return & Refund Policy. Product defects and warranty matters are governed by the applicable Warranty / Legal Guarantee Policy. Where a specific policy directly governs an issue, that policy should be read together with this Shipping Policy.

16. International consumer rights

Studio96 sells internationally. Shipping, delivery and consumer-protection rules differ between jurisdictions. This Policy applies subject to any mandatory law that cannot lawfully be excluded or reduced by contract. Where mandatory local law gives the customer greater rights, those mandatory rights prevail.
